If you ever wanted to upload picture of you or your friends in steam community
this is how you can do it.
First go to steam - games - add non-steam game and
add VLC media player. If you dont have it its free for download and you can
download it here.
Then open vlc through steam shortcut, open new file, choose any type of file
and select your picture.Your pictures should be same size as your monitor so you
wont have black spaces around it.
When you choose your picture play it, and imidiately pause it because VLC thinks
that is one frame video and if you dont pause it your VLC will turn black again.
When you have your picture in VLC and paused so you can see picture,
double click VLC to toggle full screen mode.Then press F12 to take screenshot.
You can now close vlc and new window should pop up just click on the image and
click upload.
